It is possible to submit multiple speech proposals. It is also possible to submit a proposal for workshop and a separate proposal for a 40-minute talk on the same topic.
Beyond the "Copilot" Era
The era of AI as a simple coding assistant is over. We have entered a new phase where Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), redefining product architectures, and challenging traditional team structures.
At AI Heroes, we are shifting the conversation from implementation details to strategic execution. We are looking for Tech Leaders, CTOs, and Project Managers who are not just "using" AI, but are integrating it into the decision-making chain to accelerate delivery, simplify complex workflows, and drive ROI.
The Human Factor: We are particularly interested in how these technological shifts impact the human side of engineering. How do you manage the cultural change? How do you upskill a senior team? How does the role of a Product Manager evolve in an AI-native world? We want stories that bridge the gap between algorithmic potential and human leadership.
What We Are Looking For (The 5 Pillars)
We are seeking sessions that explore the following core themes. We value real-world experience, enterprise case studies, and "lessons learned" over theoretical concepts or simple tutorials.
1. Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows
Move beyond the chatbot. We want to hear how you are using AI Agents to orchestrate complex tasks.
Keywords: Multi-agent systems, task orchestration, autonomous dev teams, transitioning from "Copilot" to "Autopilot."
2. AI-Driven SDLC Transformation
How is AI changing the way you plan, test, and deploy? Focus on the impact on Developer Experience (DevEx) and time-to-market.
Keywords: Predictive DevOps, automated QA pipelines, AI in requirements engineering, reducing lead time.
3. Generative UI & AI-Native Product Design
For Product Managers and Architects: How are you moving away from static interfaces to dynamic, intent-based user experiences?
Keywords: Generative UI, hyper-personalization, intent-based interfaces, designing products that "adapt" rather than just "respond."
4. Governance, Sovereignty, and Responsible AI
The critical challenges for the Enterprise. How do you adopt AI while maintaining control over your data, costs, and reputation?
Keywords: Data sovereignty, on-premise LLMs, FinOps for AI, avoiding hallucinations, legal compliance (EU AI Act).
5. Strategic Context Engineering & Corporate Knowledge
Turning "dead" data into active assets. How are you using AI to solve the knowledge transfer problem and modernize legacy systems?
Keywords: Enterprise search, onboarding automation, legacy code modernization, turning documentation into conversational interfaces.
What We Are NOT Looking For
"Hello World" tutorials on specific libraries (e.g., "How to install PyTorch").
Generic introductions to AI history.
Sales pitches for proprietary tools without a strong educational component.
Talks focused solely on syntax without context on process or architecture.
Inspiration: Example Session Titles
To give you an idea of the level of depth we expect, here are some titles that would fit perfectly:
"From Developer to AI Architect: Redesigning Tech Teams in the Age of Agents."
"Case Study: How [Company X] Reduced Time-to-Market by 30% Integrating AI in the CI/CD Pipeline."
"Beyond the Chatbot: Designing AI-Native Applications that Anticipate User Intent."
"CTO Panel: Governance, Costs, and Security – The Reality of Enterprise Adoption."
"Legacy Modernization: Using AI to Document and Refactor 10 Years of Technical Debt."
Selection process
Proposals will be filtered and shortlisted by past Ai Heroes Speakers.
Call for Papers deadline: 22 March 2026
